How to solve Tahoma font display issue in Elementary OS?

After installing elementary os, I made settings. When it came to fonts, I downloaded it, but I can’t set it up correctly - there simply isn’t an appropriate place where you can set up font smoothing. I know that this can be configured in the files, but I can not understand what exactly is needed to solve this problem. Screen below.

For elementary os, there is a community ppa with which you can install elemenatry tweaks and make more detailed system settings.
PS
As a last resort, install gnome tweak tools
There definitely have anti-aliasing settings.
