How to solve such a problem with mod_rewrite?

When opening the url sub.domain.com/?id=linux_book , check for the presence of the www/sub.domain.com/cache/linux_book file.
If it exists, give it right away, if not, wrap it in www/index.php
. www means document root.
Thanks in advance. I wanted to make a simple cache for one craft as soon as possible (I would use nginx, but there is no way in this case).
