How to solve SSL problem on Win 2012 Terminal Servers?

Good afternoon.
The essence of the matter: The enterprise has 1 DC and 4 Terminal Servers.
An incomprehensible situation has occurred. I noticed errors with SSL in the logs, problems are observed only on 2 servers.

Didn't do any server manipulation.
