How to solve software problem with touchscreen on windows 10?

Dear comrades! On a tablet with an Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 Z8300 processor and 4 gigs of RAM, the touch display does not work correctly in windows 10 and the boot menu. On one side of the screen at a distance of about 5 cm there is a strip where the touch gives two hits and then everything shifts from this strip to the side by a centimeter. And in android 5.1 everything works great and there is no band.
The driver for the touch and the video card was updated, rolled back and deleted with subsequent installation. Touchsetting.gt already, too, as soon as I did not edit it. Windu rolled back. Nothing helped.
What can be wrong? What is responsible for working out touches and how to make it work correctly?
