How to solve RAID5 performance problems?

I have two servers with hardware RAID 5.
The first one has 3 disks, the second one has 4 disks.
When copying large files inside an array. Zabiks monitoring speed is the same - 100 Mb/sec.
But the utilization on the first array just rolls over. The second for disposal shows no problems.

RAID5 on three disks is a mockery of disks :) Add one more disk to the array (if the controller allows), add another hotspar - using RAID5 / 6 without a hotspar is suicide :) If possible, replace the disks one by one and check them with victoria or at least look smart.

@opium

Use soft raid, check the quality of life of disks
