How to solve QT display problem?

OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.6.1) (7u85-2.6.1-6+deb8u1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.85-b03, mixed mode)

The problem is the following:
I work with phpStorm or with webStorm and after a while the interface of such applications as: virtualbox, skype, etc. starts to fall off.

Seems the same as mine. However, even with a translator, I do not quite understand how to solve this matter. As I understand it, there is a memory leak somewhere. Please tell me how to solve this problem?
