Building Debian Live is there a working manual?

Hello Lord!
Somehow I never asked myself the question of creating a LiveCD, but then I decided to try it.
I want to create a Debian Live USB with the necessary tools and XFCE4.

A familiar admin did it in one of these ways.
The flash drive was then launched on my laptop.
