How to solve problems with Transmission and Samba?

There is a server with Transmission-daemon installed on it that downloads files with umask: 2 (directories 775, files 664), access to the downloaded files goes through Samba, whose user is added to the debian-transmission group.
But there is a problem in the following:
If the file was downloaded by transmission as a single file
.. file.avi,
then this file is then deleted without any problems.
If the download was in a folder,
.. folder
.. folder/file.avi
Then neither the folder nor the file in this folder can be deleted via samb.
How to solve this problem?
