How to solve problems with automatically obtaining an IP address?
Need help, at least in what direction to dig.
In the office there are 4 computers connected to the switch, the Internet comes to the switch from another office via cable. After a reboot, one of the computers, randomly, apparently, the last one connecting (everywhere wines 7), does not pass identification, that is, it does not see the network.
Network settings everywhere are "receive automatically". The DHCP server was rebooted in another office (I don't have access to the equipment myself), I was given a guaranteed "free" ip to connect with the settings specified manually - it doesn't help. What can be wrong?

Because If you do not have access to the DHCP server and there is no way to check / configure its address pool, then try installing a router instead of a switch.
In general, for a qualitative solution to the problem, you need the system administrator of that DHCP server.
Try to look at the messages in the windows logs, maybe there will be some kind of clue.
As soon as the computer does not receive the settings again:
In the console, write ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew. If not received, then on the second computer on the network we do ipconfig / release and cut down the network. On the first one, repeat /renew. If the first one received the settings, then the error is in the allocated address pool.
And be sure to look in the log, maybe there is an error about blocking or about the unavailability of DHCP.
On a computer where there is no network, both commands (ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew) issue: An error occurred while releasing the interface Local Area Connection: The network endpoint has not yet been mapped to an address.
In the log, from alert:
The computer has not been assigned a network address (by a DHCP server) for the network adapter with network address 0x94DE80E3DAE2. The following error has occurred: 0x79. The computer will try to obtain an address for itself from a network address server (DHCP server).
