How to solve problems using lightshot?

Hello!

I ran into problems when using LightShot:
1 - when I try to upload a screenshot to the server, it gives an error uploading to the server, suggests repeating it. Repetitions don't work.
2 - when they send me a link to a screenshot (for example, prnt.sc/blablabla), I go to the site and see the following problem: I


found the direct address of the image in the page code, everything opened in the next tab. But doing this every time is terribly inconvenient.

Can you please tell me what to do to fix these problems?
I am using the latest version of Google Chrome, LightShot has been updated, I have given permission in the browser settings to display any content, even potentially dangerous for this site. Nothing helped.
