How to solve problem with Phalcon A dependency injection object is required to access internal services?

Issues installing Phalcon on Debian 4.6.3-14 (64bit). Everything is installed, the extension is visible in phpinfo, but when it starts it gives the following error

A dependency injection object is required to access internal services

there are no errors in the code, locally everything runs as it should, and in general everything was created through phalcon devtools
Options with different compilation do not help

Found the issue, i downloaded the Invo example and had the same issue, reading about it, gave write permissions to the cache folder, and that fixed it, thanks
