How to solve - Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS?

Greetings.
Everything worked fine and Docker started up.
I booted into Linux, did some digging in my work and then returned back to Windows.
Those. If it's simpler - I did not touch the settings in the BIOS.
I run docker and get

Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS

Although everything in the BIOS is on, I checked it.
What to do in this situation?

Perhaps after the reboot, some remnants of Hyper-V surfaced. If Hyper-V is definitely not in the system now, you can check the status of the setting and turn it off:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
