How to solve full screen display problem - Iiyama monitor?

The crux of the matter is this:
Monitor Iiyama ProLite XU2390HS, new, works in parallel with the laptop via HDMI. When switching to the monitor in full screen mode, in CIVILIZATION5, CIVILIZATION6, the image becomes blurry, flickering, text problems.
Everything works fine in windowed mode. In other games and programs everything is also ok. This is the first time I've encountered such things. :)

If only this is the case with civilization, then it is obvious that the problem is in it, and not in the monitor.
In native resolution? Game graphics settings? Vertical sync?
