Please tell me how to solve this problem with connecting to the server via FTP using CyberDuck in Mac OS.

Well, check again where you are connecting, whether the server name/ip-address is correct. Do not put commas instead of periods.
Open a terminal and ping the server and/or run the command host <server name>
For example:

Last login: Mon Aug 27 20:05:38 on ttys000
MacBook-Pro:~ leah$ host xxxx.ru
xxxx.ru has address 500.100.100.97
xxxx.ru mail is handled by 10 mail.xxxx.ru.
MacBook-Pro:~ leah$
