How to solve error TF31002 when connecting to TFS from Visual Studio 2013?

There is Visual Studio 2013 with Update 1. The project is stored on visualstudio.com. When trying to connect from VS 2013 to TFS, I get the following error:

Unable to connect to any TFS.
I installed a virtual machine and VS 2013 connects to it normally.
Login and password are correct, it works.
Settings, history and cookies IE cleaned does not help. VS 2013 was reinstalled, the problem remained the same.
Turned off the firewall, opened ports, changed the rules, nothing helped. Name TFS changed does not help.
Tried to connect to different TFS nothing helps.
Tell me what could be the problem? Or in which direction do you need to dig?
