Hello!
In Sublime Text 2, there are always some hieroglyphs in the status bar. Can someone tell me how to set it up so that human text is displayed?

1. Install the latest version of Sublime Text 3.
2. In Preferences - Settings User enter:

{
  "default_encoding": "UTF-8",
  "fallback_encoding": "Cyrillic (Windows 1251)"
}

3. Select the Russian locale in the system:
Everything should work.
