How to solve CSScomb error in PhpStorm?

I wanted to install CSScomb.js on PhpStorm 8.0.1.
I do everything as it is written on the page on github. Installed CSScomb globally and locally (just to be sure). I registered the paths (screen):

I launch, but such an error pops up:

Maybe someone came across it and will help solve it?

Topikstarter is probably not relevant anymore))), but maybe someone else will encounter this problem... Solved by
writing in the Program field: csscomb.cmd values
​​And installing the 3rd version of the comb https://github.com/csscomb/csscomb.js /releases npm i -g [email protected]
