How to find out who added a line of code to PhpStorm?

If git is connected, then VS Code, when hovering over the code, shows who added it. Is there something similar in PhpStrorm? Maybe not exactly like this, but so that you can see line by line who added the code.

RMB on the left panel, with line numbers → Annotate with Git Blame.
