I installed Composer and chose php from OpenServer there. When calling the composer command, composer -v gives the error '""' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. . The php-v command works, but compote does not.
I use Windows 10
Who faced such problem? How to solve it?

Raise the path in PATH to composer higher than the path in PHP.
