Good day! There is Excel 2016, a computer with clean Windows 10 and MS office 2016 installed, and a user. The user created 3 excel files, according to the user, in two, work is going on normally, but in the third, moments began to come across when he clicks on an empty cell and starts entering text, the cell does not respond, you click on the next one the same way. If you go to another sheet or another file and start entering text, then it works, I return back to the original sheet and the same thing starts working. It is impossible to catch the beginning of the puzzle, it happens randomly. There are no formulas.
He refuses to create a new file, he wants to work with it.
The keyboard is wireless, the batteries have changed, when the text is not entered in the cell, the Windows key works and in fact in other editors the same works and also starts to enter into the cell. Actually I'm asking for help, maybe someone faced such a problem.

The supposed solution to the problem was installed office 2016 x32 and the problem has now disappeared, the user did not complain anymore

Good afternoon. The same problem, Win7 + MS Office 2019. It occurs sporadically, it is also treated by switching to another window and returning.
The cause could not be determined, but the problem rarely occurs and only if Excel is heavily loaded (for example, opened a 100 MB file).
