How to solve captcha using GAN?

I read a little here and have questions.
How to solve captchas with different lengths?
I imagine the generator to myself like this:
1. Input (noise)
2. Convolution | 3 times
3. Maxpooling | 3 times
4. (magic)
5. image
Decriminator - slightly modified decriminator. After all, there you need to find signs of a normal captcha and distinguish it from a synthesized one.
What's the magic in point 4?

If this is an applied question, then you do not need to drag the gans to solve the captcha. In the proposed article, gans are used only in order not to collect a dataset for training (and to hype).
