How to disable captcha for comments on DLE?

I want to disable captcha on dle for comments, so as not to lose free "content" and, for example, set flood protection for 600 seconds. 2 questions:
1) Is it safe?
2) How to disable?

I strongly do not recommend doing this, as it is easy to manage by changing ip and if they want. then they will spam you, but it is disabled in the group settings - captcha

Several years ago, I added phone number prefixes (8800, +7903, etc.), the words "http" and "https", and domain zones (.ru, .con. net. org, .xxx, .rf, etc.). Now there is no spam at all and this damn captcha does not bother normal users. This works great on a Russian site on DLE and on English sites on WP.

Problems should be dealt with as they come up. If captcha infuriates - do your own way and see if there will be spam from different addresses - you will return it. In the end, not everyone gets ddosed and spammed if you are not a large portal.
