How to solve an issue with an unsuccessful freelancer.com project?
The point is this. Brief history of the project:
I took the first project on freelancer.com for 3D modeling by the employer BlueBeanProjects. In the description of the project there was a technical task and a reference. Work in general for a couple of hours. The only thing was a couple of questions to the lighting baking employer, asking if they have any preset that should be used. In addition, she clarified whether he had an example of the quality of the work performed, since each area has its own specifics. All that I received in response was the answer that all the information is in the terms of reference, and google the pictures ... ok, you can immediately see the intermediary. Set a deadline of 2 days. A day later, I sent for verification the first developments to receive feedback (suitable for all the items described in the statement of work). The customer did not appear for some time, then he said that there were holidays, but what I sent did not fit, simply because it did not fit and marked the project as unfinished. .. What to do in such a case? When contacting technical support, they said that everything should be decided with the customer, but he simply does not get in touch. In addition, money was withdrawn from the account for taking the project.

Work for UpWork, everything is much more adequate there, and the money is taken after the fact.
Get used to it. So it was, is and will be.
I encountered this myself. There, some people trade in air - they bid, get a project and immediately resell it. Sometimes for just a fabulous margin (for example, 500%). At the same time, in the corresponding area - neither an ear nor a snout. So it turns out, it happens, a damaged phone between a real customer and a real contractor because of this air seller.
