How to solve a problem that has arisen on your PC and makes it necessary to restart it?
Hello!
After upgrading from Windows 7 x64 Home Premium to Windows 10 1809 Pro x64, when you try to make a video call on Skype (Discord), a window opens with the text: Your PC has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted. The reboot will be done automatically. I went to the site for recording video through a webcam and when I try to record the result is the same. Camera - DIALOG WC-30U Black-Blue 350K Pixels.
Also recently there was a problem with logging into drive D (Drive C Windows - SSD, Drives D and E - HDD). In order to open the root of the D drive, you need to wait 5 minutes, and it takes 15 minutes to enter any folder or run any program. Previously, there was a problem that the hard disk drive (HDD) during operation could turn off for 3 seconds (the sound of spindle rotation stopped) and turn on again.
What could be the problems and how to solve them?! Help me please!!!

Well, if there is a problem when using the camera, then the problem is in the camera. And if there was a change in the OS, then the problem is in its firewood. In general, look at the dump logs. It says what the problem is.
And with an HZ disk. Or dying or ... who can even read it? what group users?
