How to solder the shape.isonshape(x,y) function into a Corel macro?

I need to file a macro that would delete all curves that lie under another curve... I.e. there is a 20cm curve, under it along the entire length there are 5 more curves, but shorter ... you need to get rid of them ...
I was advised to use the shape.isonshape (x, y) function, which checks whether a point with coordinates x, y belongs curve shape ... You can make a comparison on 3 points, start, center and end. And if all 3 points of one curve S belong to another curve P, then curve S is a candidate for deletion.
But I don't get how to do it.
