How to solder PS/2 keyboard to USB?
Is it possible to do this without software emulation, an additional controller, flashing or other dances? If so, how?

No way. The vintage keyboard does not know anything about USB and will not work like that.
Newer keyboards, for which there are "reverse" adapters (USB to PS / 2) have a fairly smart controller that understands where it is plugged and behaves accordingly.
Disassemble any adapter from pisi in half to usb, directly, of course, simply soldering the contacts does nothing.
A USB keyboard on PS / 2 can simply be soldered, but it is necessary that the USB keyboard can work with PS / 2, the pinout can be easily called out using the ps / 2-> USB adapter.
As already mentioned above, a PS / 2 keyboard will not work with a USB port - they work according to different standards.
I repeat, not every USB keyboard will work in a PS / 2 port (a USB keyboard must be able to work through a USB 2 ps / 2 adapter)
