How to sniff the volume of traffic from virtual servers?

Hi =)
There are multiple physical servers on the same subnet. There are 20 virtual machines on them with different 1C bases. The task is to track traffic on them to collect statistics and distribute network capacities. Maybe someone has a ready solution? I would like to get an ip<->traffic label at the output.
Wireshark is too heavy for such a simple task.

Looking what virtualization. VMware distributed switch can ship netflow itself, it is enough to configure and raise the netflow collector (nfcapd, for example).
