How to select only POST requests with certain data?

Good afternoon!
Here I look at the traffic through Wireshark, put a filter on the port, on the poppy address of the sender-receiver and still - too many packets. Going into each package hand-to-hand and looking for the text "credentials=...." or user = "..." - you'll get old. How can this whole economy be automated?
