There is a "Follow" button in the Instagram web application, I need to find out which address it sends the request to (there will be something like https://instagram.com/api/v1/relationships/)

Open the Developer Tools in your browser and take a look. Requests, addresses, headers, urls, cookies.
You can also issue a mobile device there.
