I have a Tele2 SIM card, you can sit on their website with mobile data unlimitedly, how can I make sure that all traffic on the phone goes through tele2.ru like through a VPN. There is no access to a computer.

Purely theory, not for use, in short:
1 You need a router with USB and a USB 4G modem.
2 You may need to change the IMEI in the modem to a number from Windows Phone.
3 Editing TTL on the router for incoming and / or outgoing packets - because the provider cunningly corrects them too and analyzes.
4 Wrap all traffic in your VPN channel (get it somewhere). Then the provider will not see the torrents.
But even if you technically bypass all means of blocking the distribution, the provider will see your GIANT traffic and can "twist" it. And if it is not gigantic, then the game is not worth the candle.
