How to simultaneously learn new programming languages and not get confused in them?

I'm currently learning Java, but I use Python at work. Many foreign articles that I read recommend learning several languages, and with different paradigms. I am some programmers and really need to use several at once.
It is recommended to learn Java (C ++), Python, Lisp, Sheme, Oz for horizons.
How do you deal with confusion in your head? (yes, some people don't have that confusion) .
