Where to go to study a web developer in a foreign master's program?
Now I'm in the 4th year of a specialist in IT specialty, mostly networks, but they don't teach anything. GPA tends to 5.
I've seen a lot of master's programs, but they are either just about networks or about programming.
And I would like to follow in the footsteps of a web developer, a front-end developer. Some systematic approach to the whole process of web development is also possible. The latter is perhaps the most possible to obtain in the magistracy.
However, I do not expect something very special from the master's program. For me, the priority will be to live for a couple of years in one of the European countries. Unfortunately, I can’t afford paid education - I will have to pay for education out of my own pocket, i.e. remote work to pay for housing, food and some kind of semester fee.
I understand that the topic of learning _there_ has already been considered more than once, but I'm interested in this in the context of a web developer.

I would (as a front-end worker) just go for programming - this does not mean that they teach some particular language that is not needed - they study something more low-level and universal. And for specific front-end features, it’s easier and faster to read the Internet on a topic of interest
