No, this data is not shown anywhere. According to the screenshot, everything is filled in manually. Moreover, the market re-signs with its key.
This data IN THEORY may be needed when you lose the key and prove that it is you. I would recommend indicating all the same exactly what you plan to indicate in the market. For simplicity

In fact, in each of the fields you can specify anything at all (as it is done on the screen :)). If you lose the key, you will not be able to restore it and return the opportunity to update the application, neither the data from the key, nor a new key with the same data will help. So store the key itself, the data in it can be anything.
