How to show text that is larger than [UX] cell?

You need to create a table layout in which there can supposedly be a lot of data. For example, a cell may contain a date and time, or there may be an enumeration of some parameters separated by commas, and so on. It will not be possible to hide this in the ellipsis and popup, since there can be a lot of data.

What solutions are there that will be as simple as possible for the user?

Hello, I know a little about tables.
We omit the question of whether the table is exactly needed and go straight to the data.
It is important to first understand what kind of flow a person has when working with a table: is it search, moderation, editing or object management? The design of the table depends on the main task, for example,
- If the task is to search for an array of objects, then the emphasis is on filters, not the table.
- If this is editing a single object, then the task is to search and quickly move to change.
In general, I would advise you to go like this:
1. Understand the task for which the table is needed;
2. Determine the minimum attributes for the object that should be put in the table (the session with users helps a lot);
3. Optimize them by going through each: why the date is important, why time is needed, etc., visually transform and make indicators where appropriate.
By optimization, I mean things like analytics. Example: we had a field of symptoms and this field was originally a textarea, where everything was scored in a row. After reviewing a large array of these values, we selected a list, turning a field of 300 characters into 40, which affected the width of the original table.
Do not forget about the possibility of customization: on / off columns, change the order of columns and save these settings. Valid if there are many roles in the service.
