How to show hidden UI element from script?

I have a group of buttons hidden, just active is turned off, how can I find them through another script if Find and FindWithTag do not work when the element is hidden?

Some main object, inside which these buttons, has direct references to them through the inspector. And all the others who need something from them already refer to this certain main object and call the ВключиВыключиКнопки.
