How to show atom system files?

Good afternoon. There was a need to fix the system files of the Bitrix directory, but when uploading via ftp, only files with a standard name are displayed, and with a name that has a dot as the first character, let's say: ".filename.php", does not display in the file structure.
Tried to configure "ignored names", no result.
I will be grateful for help.
