How to show a template on Bitrix?

The Bitrix project was transferred from one hosting to the server. The site template is not shown in the new location, although everything in site management is exactly the same as the site on the old hosting. Just now a bare site with content. No mistakes. It seems like the engine just doesn't include these templates on its own.
I can't figure this engine out myself.

Do you have permission to the template folder? What are the conditions for displaying the template in the admin panel?
