Why are offer fields not displayed in the Bitrix catalog?

Custom properties of product offers are not displayed. Product properties are displayed, but its offers are not.
Looked at the component template. The output of custom properties is affected by the $arResult["SHOW_OFFERS_PROPS"] parameter.

If you can stick your nose into the template, you can look into the component code and see how $arResult["SHOW_OFFERS_PROPS"] is formed.
