How to show a separate page to Android users in Wordpress?

I have a website powered by Wordpress. All visitors to one page of this site, if the visit is from an Android smartphone, need to be shown a separate page. It will offer an offer to install a mobile application on Google Play or return to the site itself.
Are there any plugins or third-party services that allow you to implement such functionality without coding?

IMHO, it's too bold to use a plugin to redirect devices with a user-agent to one page. It is better to do it by means of a web server. What do you have: nginx, apache?
