How to short a microphone input to a reverb output?

The question is somewhat broader: how to close the microphone to the output and at the same time add another reverb (echo) effect. At the same time, I want the browser to be able to play music.
I want to sing karaoke using a computer, but this is not enough, but I don’t want to buy a remote control.
I do a simple closure like this:
pactl load-module module-loopback latency_msec=5
Everything works as it should, but there is not enough echo.
