The situation is this, I choose a picture for the post through the ACF plugin, it turns out that the background (full-width banner) is about 300 px high. in the layout I made it so that the picture would be displayed in the center and it doesn’t look very good, how can I move, shift the picture, are there any plugins or implementation in the code?
For example, I see that the height is too high and I can’t see the area I need and I want to shift the picture through the admin panel a little lower

Using ACF, depending on the selected parameter, apply one or another inline CSS.
For example. create checkboxes to manipulate the following CSS
