How to "shift" a partition without losing data?

The bottom line is that there is a partition with ubuntu, which is "sandwiched" between two other partitions, it is necessary to increase the partition for Ubuntu, for this I am going to delete the current partition with Linux and add it to the beginning of the D drive, the question is whether the data on the D drive will be lost and whether it will be possible to work with them with Windows?

Get it right and move on. Gparted does not destroy data when a partition is moved or resized. It even shows how busy the partition is, and how much it can be reduced without losing data.
