How to share wifi from ubuntu to smartphone?

Ubuntu 14 is connected to wifi, authentication in wifi is by poppy address, that is, only one device can connect to one login and password (either a laptop or a smartphone in this case). How to share the Internet from Ubuntu to a smartphone (I think via cable)?
I didn't find anything useful on the Internet. There is how to do it only when ubuntu is connected to the internet via cable, which is not my case.
