How to share vk application-IFrame?

Guys, hello everyone!
There is the following question:
I made a page with a survey, as a result of which a certain result is obtained (a screen with certain content). From this page they made an Iframe application in vk. Now the task is to share the resulting result.
I rummaged around a bit on the Internet, and came to the conclusion that I need to use the vk-api "wall-post" method . As I understand it, with the help of js I can publish a post with the result of the survey. But there are certain doubts, firstly, whether I am moving in the right direction, secondly, will I get such a result as in the picture, namely, that the link enters directly to the iframe application, and thirdly, can this be done with js. You need to get the following result (although now this application does not work):
