How to share video over LAN to 20+ TVs?
The task is to share a video/demonstration from a computer to =>20 monitors.
An hdmi splitter is not an option, because there are long distances (two cases), but an ethernet socket is connected to each TV.
As I understand it, should I dig towards DLNA and similar technologies?

as they said above - if the TVs are smart, then you can throw a multicast into the network or any other stream format that the player in the TV will understand;
if not, then hdmi transceivers over twisted pair cable + splitter
if the "splitters" are not point-to-point, but network ... gives signal to LAN, then the receiver at the TV catches it from the outlet and hdmi is already in the TV ....
I will add to the above that if the telly is stupid, then you can put a cheap prefix behind them. Well, HDMI are optical with a much longer possible length.
