How to share Unity assets?

If I upload the purchased assets to my unity project and upload it to github or somewhere else to develop it together with a friend, will he be able to use these assets in the same way as me?

Previously, I did everything myself and for free, I would like to know what and how before spending money and so on, but I can’t find information about this myself.

You offer to guess on the coffee grounds. Carry a license for your asset and read whether you can transfer it to third parties or not, all the answers are there.
