How to share pieces of code in a team?

On my computer I use this snippets.me program .
Its essence is saving parts of the code (or entire scripts) with the further ability to search by category (PHP, JS, CSS etc.) and by tags that I myself set when saving the snippet.
I want the same thing but on the web, for the ability to quickly search for code usefulness by the whole team and only by the team, i.e. access only authorized.
What are the solutions for this?

trello. plus you can also file it as a task tracker) plus there is a commenting system for each card.
yes. the whole point is in the tags. and search. There are only 10 tags, but the search works both by name and by description.
