How to share devices with Internet access?

Hello. There is a network 192.168.3.0. Port 24 is video surveillance. I need to separate video surveillance from everyone, but at the same time so that it has Internet access. If I separate it now, then the port to which the Internet enters is in VLAN 1 and nothing works. How to do it?
