How to share com port over network?

Good afternoon. There are 2 PCs.
The first of them receives signals from the receiver via a com port to the program. This program has the function of duplicating signals further (to another program / device), but it can only duplicate in a com port.
The second also has a program that receives signals from other receivers and only via com ports.
Tell me, is there free software for Windows, with which you can create virtual com ports on both PCs and broadcast signals over the network?
There are definitely paid ones, an example is www.fabulatech.com/network-serial-port-kit.html

Four options:
com0com - open source
VSPE - closed source, sort of without a license when used on 32 bits.
TBN Redirector - this program can only create a TCP client bound to a com port.
socat under cygwin
