How to configure application routing across two network cards in Windows 10?

There is a computer with two network cards, specifically Gigabit LAN (Private network) and WiFi whistle (Public network).
It needs to be configured so that the traffic of some applications goes completely over WiFi, and others over LAN. + They must not be connected in any way. By what means is this to be done?
